bray and scarff: I need a decent curling iron. I have only had old hand me downs my entire life. None of which heat up very well. My hair is very in cooperative and in order to get it to do anything I need something that gets really hot. But is quick and easy to use. Any suggestions. And also I don't have a lot of money.
