I put my daughter in daycare at the Jewish Community Center off of S. Braeswood and can't figure out why it is closed til further notice. Is it flooded or just a power outage or what? If anyone knows please let me know, I desperately need to find out if I have to get a new daycare. |||I live literally 2 blocks from the J on Valkeith. No flooding, no damage, but no power for a loooong while (next week). In fact, there are typically 3-4 police cars sitting outside, and it is locked tight.|||Braeswood did not flood. There is limited power within the 77035 zipcode and that is the reason that it is closed. I can say that 77035 is listed in the area that will not have power until sometimes after the 22nd. I.E. the area that they do not know when it will be back on
