Libba Bray just released this book a couple of months ago. It looks like it could be good but it seems a bit more for girls. I read Going Bovine and (in my opinion) it was the greatest book I've ever read but I've looked at the other books Bray made and most seem to be more for girls. If any guys have read Beauty Queens please put your opinion.|||I actually started reading it a couple days ago and it has been really good, if you like to read about girls struggling to survive on an island. I think both boys and girl can enjoy this book, its almost a comedy. Go ahead and read it, its nothing to be ashamed of. Especially if it's by your favourite author.|||Books are not gender specific :) If you want to read it then go ahead and if you end up not liking it then you did not lose anything.
