Hi, My husband and I saw a house we loved in Santa Clara, California, on Bray avenue but the crime reports website has several thefts (4 in the last 3 days) and several registered offenders living nearby. This is our first home, we have been living in apartments throughout so we never did check the crime reports website. Having seen it now, i am a little overwhelmed with all the information.
