An example might be a muslim family wanting to send there children to a school. They can't afford a muslim school but they don't want to send them to a Christian school either, being muslims. So they chose public. Public schools don't have special religions. Or races. Praying in them would be excluding or making some students feel uncomfortable if they are a different religion. In catholic, Jewish, Muslims or any other schools with specialized religions in them are allowed to pray there specialized religion because it is a specialized school for that reason. hope i helped :)|||Children are aloud to pray in school anytime they please, unless persuading other children to become apart of a specific religion.
